If you keep doing the same thing over and over what do you get?  The same exact thing that you have always gotten.  So take a look at your BNI membership, how is it working for you?  Are you doing the same thing over and over?  Does it look like this?

Very few people take 100% responsibility for themselves and their actions, and that includes BNI members.  I often hear from members that BNI is not working.  The members are not giving them referrals, it does not work for their profession, blah blah blah.
